Andrew ("Andy") Lamb practices in litigation and provides antitrust advice to clients pursuing significant transactions. Mr. Lamb has represented clients facing False Claims Act, intellectual property, and antitrust lawsuits, as well as disputes involving international law. He has also assisted clients in responding to government investigations concerning proposed transactions and in completing pre-merger filings under the Hart-Scott-Rodino ("HSR") Act.
Representative Matters
- Defending large pharmaceutical company's subsidiary in False Claims Act litigation before federal district and appellate courts.
- Representing corporation in interactive entertainment industry in responding to Federal Trade Commission investigation of proposed major acquisition.
- Assisting various clients in obtaining HSR clearance of proposed transactions from Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice.
- Defending corporation in false advertising litigation in Southern District of New York and advising same corporation regarding disputes in multiple countries concerning intellectual property rights.
